Role Overview

This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused—you will own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle. You will work within a squad‑based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high‑quality, on‑time delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment with industry best practices and the client’s operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → Optimize
• Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs
• Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices
• Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs)
• Support data migration (mapping, templates, validation, test loads)
• Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go‑live readiness
• Deliver system walkthroughs and training sessions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
• Identify risks early and provide proactive recommendations

Implementation Focus

• Multi‑location and franchise business models
• POS integrations (Toast, Square, NCR)
• High‑volume transaction environments and daily sales reconciliation
• Inventory across locations and centralized purchasing
• Cash management and store‑level financial visibility
