Job summary

FAST, a provider of essential software and services for government clients, is offering a summer 2027 internship to undergraduates in technically focused programs. You will work on client sites, gain hands-on experience in system implementations, and collaborate with a team to deliver solutions using VB.Net/C# and SQL.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and deployment support, with relocation assistance offered for US project locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field.
• Experience in a .NET or similar development environment.
• Exposure to SQL in a relational database environment.
• Willing to relocate for the summer to project locations in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through production support.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and demonstrate FAST software solutions.
• Configure client-specific functionality using FAST tools and VB.Net or C#.
• Create and modify SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases.
• Implement new features and navigate testing and deployment cycles.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and laws when handling client data.
