We are currently looking for an Implementation Engineer (Ping Suite) to join KeyData's Delivery Services team!
This is a technical-focused role that offers the opportunity to work on and lead projects involving cutting-edge products and technologies in the IAM space.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and support solutions using Ping Federate, Ping Access, PingID, Ping Directory, and Ping Passwordless Authentication.
- Assist in providing IAM guidance to application teams.
- Consult with business, technology, and operations teams to build and manage solutions using the Ping suite of products.
- Ensure that Ping solution architecture, designs, plans, controls, and processes align with security and business standards, and communicate and defend solution architecture positions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to access management solutions such as Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Passwordless Authentication.
- Perform Federation Single Sign-On (FedSSO) integrations using SAML and OIDC standards.
- Set up Ping Directory and migrate from legacy directory solutions.
- Analyze and migrate applications from legacy access management solutions to Ping suite.
- Monitor all Web security tools supported by the team.
- Understand business requirements and design automated, cost-effective solutions.
- Create reports on the health, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IAM service.
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PingFederate, Ping Access, and/or PingOne, Ping Directory.
- Experience migrating from legacy access management and directory solutions to Ping products.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Ping Solution administrative configuration.
- Understanding of Authentication and Authorization standards like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Ability to develop tools/widgets for application data consumption from Ping Directory.
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, PKI, certificates, and authorities.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of IBM Access Management products, including WebSEAL and ISAM LDAP.
