Job summary

Regulus Group, a leading air traffic management company, seeks a senior process engineering professional to support government aviation programs. You will apply engineering methods across the systems life cycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and help deliver on-time, quality results for FAA projects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years of experience, strong MS Excel/Office skills, and willingness to travel domestically to support program goals.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of relevant experience in process engineering or implementation.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of process and implementation engineering tasks for government clients in the aviation industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to install and test network, hardware, and software components of air traffic and aviation systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the systems engineering life cycle including requirements, design, and test.
  • Self-manage work, contribute to quality, and help achieve deadlines and goals.
  • Foster collaboration and contribute to project direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a wide variety of process and implementation engineering tasks for government clients in the aviation industry
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to install and test the network, hardware, and software components of air traffic and aviation systems
  • In addition to implementation responsibilities, be a part of all phases of the systems engineering life cycle including requirements development, design, and test
  • Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success
  • Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration
  • Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment and participate in knowledge sharing opportunities

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferably mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering. Master's Degree is desired.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ten years of relevant experience
  • Process engineer or implementation experience
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication and technical skills
  • Ability to take on leadership or advisory roles to help the program achieve deadlines and goals
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work with other implementation and systems engineers to bring the system to life
  • Ability to travel frequently domestically
  • Desire to have a technical background in air traffic and aviation systems

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $180,000 which serves as a general guideline. Regulus Group considers several factors when determining final base salary offers, including the specific scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, location, education, skills, and contract assignment.
