The Role:

We are looking for driven, innovative Implementation Consultants eager to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology and provide recognized, exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Avature platform experience—particularly within the Performance and Recruiting modules—or related system experience, who wants to build expertise in system implementation, business process design, and client consulting.

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and implementation of the Avature platform suite of products. You will work closely with Educe clients to help them transition to new cloud-based software, helping them optimize the return on their technology investment. You will serve as the liaison between the client business teams, the technical resources assigned to the project, and the software vendor(s). You will be responsible for system configuration based on specific client requirements as well as ensuring that the solution is properly tested and the client is prepared to adopt it successfully at launch.

The Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and define and map current processes to create "to-be" business processes based on current best practices.
  • Analyze and document design specifications for the application.
  • Implement application design by working closely with both the client and Educe technical team.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing efforts and act as the liaison between the client and the system implementation team in troubleshooting product issues.
  • Participate in end-user training by providing product knowledge and insight on the client's business processes and solution design.
  • Contribute to developing and improving Educe's internal infrastructure and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more Talent Management Systems.
  • Ability to resolve complex system or business issues with creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and facilitating discussions with senior executives.
  • Ability to work closely with client executives and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail, solution-oriented, organized.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle, HR software is a plus.
  • Avature platform experience and certifications are preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel to client locations and firm meetings.
  • U.S. citizens and authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

This is a 100% remote position or based in our Bethesda, MD, or New York offices. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via phone, email, and face-to-face.
