Overview
The Implementation Consultant supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
As an Implementation Consultant, your top priority is to support our customers in system migration while building strong and trusted relationships. You will be responsible for proactively supporting customers for many scenarios to meet business needs - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple system implementation projects within YESS. This role will support both change management and communications planning for a successful transition for YMCA Associations to YESS. This role will work with functional YESS Leaders, Association Leadership, 3rd Party Vendors and others to ensure proper communication between teams and all tasks are planned accordingly.
In collaboration with YMCA of the USA (YUSA), the YMCA Enterprise Shared Services (YESS) organization will create a long-term sustainable shared services model to service Y Associations. Its goals include enhancing mission achievement, using advanced data analytics and automation, elevating member experience, and enabling Y Associations to prioritize mission-focused initiatives over back office administrative responsibilities to promote efficiency and collaboration within the Y network.

Responsibilities
- Supports effective communications with Y Associations to ensure the prompt collection of data for all conversion requirements
- Properly documents and communications major organizational changes
- Evaluate the internal client’s systems needs to understand their current business issues and gaps to success
- Evaluate and document requirements to support business solution design results
- Support implementation and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results
- Recommend and contribute to data clean up as needed
- Performs and communicates results of data analysis with Associations
- Ensures successful and prompt conversion and migration of all necessary data
- Refines training and testing documents to meet Y Association requirements
- Communicates across Association stakeholders to build training/testing schedules
- Verifies trainers and testers are sufficiently prepared to complete testing
- Analyzes and adjusts any training and testing procedures to improve efficiency
- Facilitates additional training with YESS technology vendors as needed to continue development in training or further review the capabilities during testing
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2-5+ years leading client-facing engagements from inception to completion
- 2-5+ years proven change management experience with the ability to build and execute change management strategies
- 2-5+ years working in or implementing software in one or more service areas – Finance, HR, CX/CRM, Risk
- 1-4+ years experience preferred in systems and data migration and integration – APIs, data analysis, scripting, Python, SQL, advanced Excel, etc
- Preferred experience with one or more of: Microsoft Dynamics 365, UKG, ICIMS, Daxko Accounting and Operations, Salesforce, RMIS platforms (Origami/Riskonnect)
- Demonstrated communication excellence (written/oral) & executive presence
- Professional presence in communication and demeanor
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong understanding software systems as applied to various functional areas
- Skilled presenter comfortable with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management experience
- Effective critical thinking, documentation, and analysis skills to outline current and future process and systems configuration for Y Associations

Posted Salary Range
USD $74,700.00 - USD $99,600.00 /Yr.
