Brex, based in New York City, is seeking an Implementation Consultant I on the Commercial team to guide small to mid-sized customers through onboarding on Brex Empower. This hybrid role blends customer empathy, project management, and technical understanding to drive adoption and long‑term success.

As an initiator, you’ll grow product knowledge, sharpen project management skills, and lay the foundation for a career in implementation consulting while collaborating across teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or consulting.
• Experience with project coordination or structured implementation.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency to complete tasks.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Responsabilités

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, capture notes, track action items.
• Help customers understand business needs and configure Brex accordingly.
• Manage stakeholder communication, timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with spend migrations and user adoption during deployment.
• Explain integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants for complex cases.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM with documentation.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and suggest process improvements.
