More about the role & team

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of your deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis, and communication skills. Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problems, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.

You would be supporting our Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM), forming part of a global team across North America, India, and South Africa.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing implementations with knowledge in shareholder monitoring, and/or sensitive industry reporting? Your industry expertise will be the key to success in this dynamic role.

Starting with implementations for Signal, you may have the chance to evolve and expand your impact in the longer term, supporting additional products as the company grows. As an Implementation Consultant responsible for Signal, beyond execution, you'll work closely with product and development teams, ensuring your insights directly shape and refine our offerings.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus.
