Job summary

Relias US is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage end-to-end onboarding for multiple Relias products for small business customers.

You will lead project plans, coordinate with teams, and deliver training while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. This hybrid role is based in Morrisville, NC, with a focus on customer success and scalable implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year in project management with customer-facing projects preferred.
• 1 year implementing SaaS-based products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines and contingencies.
• Use PM practices to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify risks and coordinate with internal teams for mitigation.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports; keep project on schedule, scope and budget.
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize implementation documentation and toolkits; keep records current.
• Configure contracted products to customer specifications.
• Provide technical support during implementation.
• Conduct platform trainings for internal and external customers.
• Assist with onboarding process documentation and SharePoint updates.
• Serve as liaison to other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be small business customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions
• Developing detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans
• Utilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally
• Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports to customer, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers
• Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits
• Ensure that project management database is kept up to date at all time is logged and project notes are complete
• Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications
• Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required
• Conducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
• Assist with developing process documentation for onboarding processes
• Assist with updating department SharePoint site
• Act as liaison to other departments as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year in project management managing customer facing projects
• 1 year implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
• Ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success
• Ability to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship
• Ability and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment
• Ability to understand and effectively utilize the features, functionalities, and tools of Relias Products.
• Ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:

• CAPM or PMP certification preferred (or working towards)
• Experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers
• Technical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services)
