Job Summary

Successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting for customers using ECI Software Solutions' B2B eCommerce software.

Essential Job Duties
  1. Serve as the primary representative and go-to resource for new customer implementations of the software solution.
  2. Monitor and report on implementation status, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  3. Develop comprehensive documentation for support resources to assist customers during and after implementation.
  4. Lead customer sessions to identify and document current and future business initiatives, gap analysis, and reporting/data analytics requirements.
  5. Implement the software considering timeline, budget, scope, and delivery, following established methodology and agreements.
  6. Assist customers with requirements gathering, system configuration, solution definition, testing, data migration, and go-live activities, adhering to the ECI implementation methodology.
  7. Provide post-go-live support and activity reporting.
  8. Manage project timelines and identify potential issues or escalations in coordination with project leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Preferred experience in B2B eCommerce and ERP systems.
  • At least 2 years' experience in support or implementation roles, preferably in B2B eCommerce.
  • Experience leading customer training sessions.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution industry practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to clearly present technical concepts to diverse audiences via video and in-person.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for all customer roles and levels.
Education & Work Experience
  • Experience in software implementation or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
