Overview

Position: Implementation Analysts (Pilot). Employer: CWT. Location: United States. Education: Bachelor Degree required. This is a role in the Call Center field with opportunities for candidates with the latest education and relevant experience. The posting indicates the role is remote-friendly and part of a global, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Gathers business requirements and business process flows to support the development team in designing and preparing new systems/solutions.
  • Documents and analyzes functional requirements, identifies gaps and alternative approaches to meet requirements, and ensures all deliverables are completed.
  • Defines modifications to existing systems to meet internal and external user requirements; provides business knowledge to aid other team members.
  • Provides Level 1 problem determination and support to a specific CWT business application using documented procedures and available tools.
  • Ensures proper documentation and business justification of all requests.
  • Develops a well-defined, shared understanding of the project scope.
  • Records problem symptoms and status information to communicate with and utilize senior staff effectively.
  • Develops a clear vision for the end product/system and acts as the primary focal point for all customer applications.
  • Retrieves, uses, and understands data from a relational data warehouse to make recommendations to the product team.
  • Supports call-initiated workflow through IT, logging customer questions and problems and tracking them through to resolution.
  • Ensures timely escalation of customer problems by documenting impact and prioritizing resolution targets.
  • Interfaces between business/function user groups and IT; analyzes business problems and requirements to determine sources and develop options/alternatives.
  • Provides training and mentoring for end users and ensures system viability to meet business needs.
  • Coordinates and/or conducts acceptance testing.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of a full 4-year degree leading to a bachelor's or higher, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of functional/business/system analysis or related experience; experience in a global environment and in the travel industry preferred.
  • Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Relational database knowledge; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical specifications; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; SQL capability for data retrieval; ability to interface between business and IT; strong time management and multi-project handling.
