Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Implementation to serve as the liaison between Operations and IT, defining business requirements and coordinating system rollouts at our Locust Grove, GA facility.

You’ll train users, document processes, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure successful software implementations that support logistics operations and customer objectives. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in logistics system implementation.
• Distribution/warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for software, develop training and resolve discrepancies to meet objectives.
• Coordinate collection, documentation and communication of business requirements to IT.
• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades.
• Create training documents and resources for system users.
• Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, run system tests and troubleshoot.
• Proactively communicate with customers, employees and management to ensure requirements are met.

• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades
• Create training documents and resources for system users
• Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, properly troubleshoot solutions and provide resolutions as needed
• Proactively communicate with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met
