Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team in Richardson, TX. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation of equipment to support fab operations.

You will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups to ensure issues are solved promptly and efficiently, and you will prepare technical reports detailing findings and recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups.
• Experience with equipment improvements and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive downtime.
• Monitor and analyze data to improve tool performance and address related issues.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and summarize findings with recommended solutions to technical problems.
