JOB SUMMARY :
Implant Direct seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Marketing Communications Manager to define, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies, ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive the company’s revenue growth in core markets. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Senior Marketing Communications Manager will leverage customer insights to define innovative marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives. This role will have direct ownership over generating leads and revenue in the North American market.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, will be a leader within the marketing organization, working closely with Implant Direct’s commercial teams to define the next chapter of marketing and lead the organization forward. A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices is crucial for this role.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define & execute North America demand generation strategy.
- Develop and implement the North America marketing plan, including communication strategies, channel mix, campaign elements, and tactical plans with measurable outcomes.
- Create go-to-market marketing strategies, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and marketing assets to drive success.
- Understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights through face-to-face engagements to inform marketing plans.
- Refine customer segmentation and personas, analyze purchase journey stages, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Focus on the clinicians’ experience across all touchpoints to ensure marketing efforts delight prospects and customers.
- Define demand generation strategies for current portfolios and new products, including campaigns and promotions to meet revenue targets.
- Design multi-channel, insights-driven campaigns addressing all sales funnel stages to accelerate lead conversion and pipeline growth.
- Develop content strategies and customer-facing materials that convey value propositions and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create, approve, and deploy campaigns consistent with brand guidelines, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Align marketing plans with sales and develop sales enablement tools to support the customer journey.
- Build relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase product visibility.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Set metrics, monitor performance, and use data insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
- Report performance metrics regularly and utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Tableau) for decision-making.
- Use project management tools to track progress, mitigate risks, and meet campaign deliverables.
- Leverage EBS tools like Kaizen, PSP, and Daily Management to drive customer engagement and revenue traceability.
Location :
- Position is remote.
- Travel requirement: 10%, mainly within North America.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Ability to develop strategies and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decisions and strategies.
- Experience in marketing with a focus on strategy, lead generation, and conversion.
- Remote work capability.
Travel : 10% travel, mainly within North America.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Master’s degree in business (MBA) preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries a plus.
- Prior CPG experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, results-driven, and action-oriented.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and research skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.

Salary Range :
113,500 - $170,000, depending on experience and location.
