Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking an Implant Control Coordinator II to support the Clinical Supply Chain Manager and Perioperative Materials Supervisor in providing efficient and cost-effective perioperative inventory across ORs. Responsibilities include managing stock, standardizing products, and generating inventory reports to improve control and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Material Distribution.
• Two years of experience in Perioperative Logistics.
• Preferred Associate's Degree.
• High school graduation required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning new policies and procedures for Surgical Materials Distribution.
• Co-ordinates daily activities in Surgical Materials Distribution and implements system/process changes.
• Performs analysis on stock usage, inventory turns and costs to improve efficiency.
• Acts as point person for product quality and utilization concerns in OR inventory.
• Works with vendors and clinicians to standardize products and reduce inventory.
