Job summary

Impiricus is seeking motivated interns to join across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Clinical Strategy, People, and Finance. You will work with experienced founders, contribute to meaningful projects, and support physicians and patients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recently graduated (within 12 months).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with productivity tools; experience with Excel/SQL/CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day projects and initiatives for your assigned team.
• Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings for strategic decisions.
• Assist with creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, or Operations.
• Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations.
• Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable and present outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day projects and initiatives for your assigned team, gaining exposure to how a fast‑growing startup operates
• Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings to support strategic decisions
• Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with team members across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, or Operations
• Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations
• Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable over the course of the internship and present outcomes to the team
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department

Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months)
• Any major considered; coursework or interest in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Communications, or related fields is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus depending on team
• Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology preferred but not required

Compensation

• $25/hr — Up to 40 hours per week
