Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in prevention or related fields, strong computer skills, and the ability to work across community partners in St. Croix. Collaboration and adherence to agency standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year’s experience in prevention programs, HIV, and substance abuse.
• Experience working with 13–24-year-old population preferred.
• Capacity to learn and implement intervention core elements; case management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a risk reduction prevention plan with consumers.
• Conduct community outreach across St. Croix.
• Develop reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Attend training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Document services in the clinical record per standards.
