Job summary

Crossroads Health is seeking a Child/Youth Day Treatment School Specialist in Mentor to supervise and support children in our Day Treatment Program. You will lead therapeutic activities, monitor clients, and ensure safety during community outings and transportation in agency vans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and internship experience in child/youth mental health. Some positions may involve driving responsibilities and crisis support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field involving child and youth population with mental health needs.
• Internship experience (1–2 years) preferred.
• Group facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client supervision in Day Treatment and during community outings.
• Facilitate/co-facilitate groups and other therapeutic activities; implement behavioral interventions.
• Provide crisis support as needed and monitor clients during van transportation.
