Responsibilities

Assists job seekers, makes referrals, monitors progress, and performs case management.
Develops employability plans based on aptitudes, interests, and work experience.
Works with employers to promote services and solicit job opportunities.
Provides assistance to employers with job orders and referrals; keeps a daily log.
Promotes employment services through events and ads.
Conducts workshops to help job seekers with interviewing and resume skills.
