Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction: TX licensing knowledge required.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
• Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations and client requirements.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; report to excess carrier.
