Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a reliable team member to process and price donated items in our busy backroom, helping meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards. You will stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work with team members to keep operations organized.

Responsibilities include sorting and categorizing items, determining items for e‑Commerce, staging for the floor, and safely operating power equipment after training.

• Basic math skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process and price donated items and stage for sale.
• Sort and categorize items; identify items for e-Commerce per guidelines.
• Operate power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift) after training.
• Maintain a clean, safe backroom and complete checklists; assist with cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
