Job summary

Hoffman Beverage Company is seeking an Operations Specialist to pick, receive, load, unload, replenish, and stage merchandise in the warehouse using forklifts, pallet riders, and a layer picker. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 165 lbs for keg products), strong communication, organization, and prior warehouse or logistics software experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly; up to 165 lbs for keg products.
• Excellent communication with teammates and managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Warehouse, merchandising, or wholesaler experience preferred.
• Powered equipment experience preferred (pallet jacks, wrap equipment).
• Hands-on inventory and logistics software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and complete next-day orders for customers.
• Pull inventory using scanners and devices manually.
• Check, verify, and audit products for accuracy and damage.
• Build, wrap, tag, and stage orders throughout the shift.
• Build up and breakdown pallets and carts as needed.
• Operate warehouse and order-picking computer systems/equipment.
• Load trucks daily; verify load sequence.
• Assist in replenishing pick floor as needed.
