Job summary

Georg Fischer LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, proper documentation, and safe handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate warehouse equipment where certified, maintain clean receiving areas, and assist with data entry and EMS compliance. Collaboration with teammates ensures timely order fulfillment and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in manufacturing or business preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a warehouse-receiving environment a plus.
• If operating forklift – must maintain certification.
• If operating Fusion Machine – must maintain certification.
• Strong computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus.
• SAP experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload (via forklift or manually) all incoming shipments and check for damage or shortage.
• Sign bills of lading noting any exceptions and document all received shipments.
• Place received items on shelves in designated spaces and prepare outbound shipments as required.
• Document receiving data and match with open purchase orders for accuracy; manage RMAs.
• Maintain receiving area clean and organized; assist with data entry and EMS compliance.
