Job summary

• Assist victims, clients, or customers in obtaining benefits, services, resources, or referrals.
• Prepare witnesses, clients, or customers for hearings by explaining procedures and resources.
• Maintain case files, correspondence, reports, and related records.
• Arrange travel and prepare vouchers or documentation for expenses.
