Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ related experience in training and education.
• Must be able to pass PCM Training and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programs for employees and community customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for new educational programs.
• Serve as primary instructor for accredited training programs.
• Monitor training activity for compliance with standards.
• Oversee department's training database with accurate records.
• Deliver customer service and exceptional training experience.
