Job summary

A community-focused swim school is seeking enthusiastic swim instructors to teach lessons to individuals starting from 3 months old. Instructors will provide training, ensuring each swimmer achieves their goals. Duties include direct support to management, scheduling, and working with families to promote water safety and joy in swimming. Candidates must be energetic, enjoy working with children, and be comfortable in the water. Specialized training will be provided, and opportunities for bonuses exist.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and energetic with a readiness to teach swim lessons.
• Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be developed through training.
• Maintain certifications, including Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons according to British Swim School program.
• Support the Aquatics Manager and Owner directly.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
