Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain engaging lesson plans tailored to group lessons, working within HFAC's guidelines to meet participants' needs effectively.
• Provide swimming lessons to individuals of various ages and skill levels, emphasizing water safety and proper swimming techniques.
• Regularly assess participants' progress. Offer constructive feedback and guidance, progressing students on HFAC's swim levels.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic aquatic environment through routine pool inspections, adherence to safety protocols, and enforcement of member policy.
• Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager, fellow instructors, and the overall HFAC team to organize class schedules and special events, fostering a positive team dynamic.
