Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a casual/per diem Supported Employment Coordinator to join our team as and to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability. You will lead and coordinate employment services, develop tailored employment support, and foster meaningful partnerships between job seekers and employers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of full-time work experience in human services preferred.
• ACRE certification obtainable within six months.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook; learn web-based systems.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle; reliable transportation.
• Complete pre-employment checks including MVR and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to complete the Discovery Process to identify vocational themes and ideal employment conditions.
• Engage in person-centered job development using networks, informational interviews, experiences, and marketing.
• Target individualized job goals and negotiate opportunities with employers.
• Support job seekers in developing employment skills: resume writing, applications, and interview prep.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advocacy for placement and retention.
• Maintain a centralized database of employer contacts and opportunities.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify outcomes and actionable plans.
