You will lead employment services, develop tailored supports, and build partnerships with employers; responsibilities include discovery, job development, resume support, on-the-job coaching, and advocating for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ACRE certification within six months of employment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to identify vocational themes and ideal employment conditions.
• Engage in person-centered job development using networks and marketing strategies.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advocacy to ensure successful placement.
