Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across supply chain to understand production, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Assist in documenting and standardizing engineering processes; implement changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data; generate reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Support project alignment with TPM and lean leadership for milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities.
