Role requirements include a bachelor’s/associate degree or college credits, and state and federal background checks. You’ll supervise students, foster a safe learning environment, and communicate with school staff while keeping notes for the teacher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or college credits.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment with active student engagement.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions following lesson plans.
• Communicate clearly with school staff and leave notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
