Qualifications

• Ability to assist students in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instructional materials/files to ensure availability and compliance.
• Monitor students in classrooms, playground, field trips, library, lunchroom, and buses for safety and learning environment.
• Administer minor first aid to meet immediate health needs.
• Perform general clerical tasks to assist teachers with instructional materials.
• Report observations/incidents related to students to instructional/administrative personnel.
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce concepts and meet standards.
• Mediate student conflicts to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist teachers with classroom assignments to support instruction.
