Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in relevant field (see Preferred Qualifications).
• Excellent writing/editing with professional tone.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Ability to organize and manage large datasets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support development of marketing and communications plan.
• Create marketing/outreach materials (flyers, newsletters, templates).
• Organize communication tools (email lists, partner updates, schedules).
• Develop and maintain spreadsheet-based tracking tools for partners and hubs.
• Track data on contacts, hub activity, attendance, grants, and regional initiatives.
• Summarize findings for leadership, grants, and reports.
