Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Medicine as a Speech Therapist.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities using structured assessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on goals, safety, home strategies, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehab staff, and care managers.
