Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Oregon.
• Current driver license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or achievable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services within state scope of practice and care plan.
• Evaluates function and assists in therapy plan development with the physician.
• Treats patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Documents patient progress and informs supervising staff of changes.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in therapy participation.
