Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice per state laws and care plan.
• Assesses function and assists in developing therapy plan of care.
• Treats patients to improve communication and safety.
• Records progress and notifies supervising clinician of changes.
• Educates patients, families and caregivers on speech therapy techniques.
• Functions in diverse home environments.
