Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and communication needs in a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes across our nationwide rehab network.

Qualifications

• Must have CCC and state licensure to practice as an SLP.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s preferred or bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
