Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy, designing personalized treatment plans and tracking progress. You’ll work in a supportive, patient-centered environment with opportunities for clinical growth and teamwork across a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications include active state licensure, CCC, CPR certification (or within 30 days), and a master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with relevant experience).

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
