Job summary

Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture of Encompass Health and Stormont Vail Health, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.

You will identify issues, adjust therapy as needed, and meticulously track patient progress. A current state license and CCC are required; CPR/BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification is required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Master's degree
