Qualifications

• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification is required or should be obtained.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and monitor outcomes throughout therapy.
