Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certification (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout the course of therapy.
