Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Altamonte Springs is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive, technologically equipped environment. Join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on compassionate care and patient progress.

You will evaluate and design personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to celebrate patient victories and drive meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
CCC certification required (ASHA) or equivalent.
CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
Celebrate patient victories along the way.
