Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients. You will identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and diligently track progress and outcomes to celebrate patient victories along the journey.

The role requires current state licensure or certification, CCC eligibility, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
