Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based therapy for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will evaluate and design personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Required licensure or certification by state regulations, CCC certification, and CPR either already held or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Track, document, and monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred
