Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust therapies to maximize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or plan to obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
