Job summary

Signature Rehab, part of Signature HealthCARE, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center team. You will work with residents and outpatients to help them regain communication and swallowing function.

Requirements include a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, a valid SLP license in the practicing state, and current ASHA CCC certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to help residents and patients recover communication and swallowing functions.
