Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized therapy for patients in their homes in WaKeeney, KS. The therapist will assess, plan, implement, and monitor treatment plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve swallowing, cognition, and communication outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC, with at least two years of relevant experience; valid driver's license and reliable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
