Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders required.
• State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist (TN) required on hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation; educate patients and families.
