Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree is required.
- 5+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience with prior authorizations and patient assistance preferred.
- Prior experience with specialty prescriptions preferred.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient medication adherence and intervene as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for pharmacy services.
- Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions for accuracy.
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize patient assistance programs to aid eligible patients.
