Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities per IEPs.
• Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and student success.
• Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals and documentation.
• Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding progress and needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings with families and related-service providers.
• Provide accommodations and modifications per IEPs.
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment.
• Advocate for students in academic, social, behavioral, and independent-living skills.
